Scope of Services
Color Form provides photo and art printing services by appointment, including file review, size and paper consultation, test prints, and production of agreed print projects. Any service is subject to file suitability, material availability, and studio capacity.

Payment Terms
Prices and project terms are normally based on the agreed scope, including size, media, quantity, and any packaging or proofing work. Payment may be requested by card or bank transfer, and a deposit may be required for project work before production begins.

Customer Content
You are responsible for providing correct files and for holding all rights needed to submit the content for printing. Color Form may review files for technical suitability, but it does not verify spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless this is expressly agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property
Forbrug DKAll website content, studio materials, and original business materials remain the property of Color Form or its licensors. You retain rights in your own submitted artwork and images, but you grant Color Form the limited right to use them only as needed to review, prepare, and produce the requested print work.

EU CommissionTo the extent permitted by law, Color Form is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from incorrect files, unsuitable source material, or customer instructions. No guarantee is given for exact screen-to-print color matching, identical results across materials or batches, or any specific durability claim unless expressly confirmed for the agreed work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Denmark, and disputes should first be raised with Color Form in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts in Denmark.
